I am eating them just now. We have a bakery that makes them fresh every day Jalebi as you may know is a sweet snack soaked in sugar syrup. I have a sweet tooth and enjoy this snack mostly after lunch If one has good practice they are easy to make I have tried but failed miserably What you need is patience of which I have very little. Do you try to introduce snacks and other food in your cuisine which is not from your country? I make pizza which as you know is not Indian and so also a few other dishes.

They look delicious but they would be much too sweet for me. I even drink my iced tea with no sugar, If I had anyone to share with I would make a number of Latvian foods but I do not do that fro myself,
