Today was a fairly "quiet" day, mainly because the boy who causes the most "crazy" wasn't there (even when he is, it's no where near as bad as the behavior of some of the kids at the Coast Guard Daycare. Sorry I keep saying that, but the CGDC was really really awful! 
I still need to go and get the mail, such as it may be, but I want to sit and cool down for a bit.

I applaud anyone that can handle several kids all at one. I love my son and wanted to get pregnant when I did, and I like my nieces and their children and the children and grandchildren of my friends, but one to two children at a time is all I can handle. Yet, despite that, I am also the first to put people in their places when they complain about the sounds of children. Children are beautiful and only acting their age(s).

Yes, children are certainly children, but they should be taught (unlike the kids at the Coast Guard) to clean up after themselves, show respect for their elders, and certainly that punching/kicking anyone (teachers or children) and thinking it's funny is not okay!

Today (Saturday) is only at 8:44am, so it remains to be seen what sort of day it'll turn out to be. The forecast is for rain and lightning, but that's what they called for yesterday and it didn't happen. Maybe that's why I was feeling listless.
