Saw this in an ER bathroom

I've never seen anything like this before, although I'm sure I thought more than once that toilets without bases might just pull off the wall (like sinks do if too much weight is on them.) All I could think was my daughter walked in with a knee crutch and the toilet had one, too. Seemed fitting, don't you think, with it being in the ER?
