Light Evening Snack and Whiskey

Dear friends, I thought I should let you know that yesterday evening I decided to have a small snack with a peg of whiskey, and you can see from the photograph I decided to have a peg of Black Dog and light snacks that included salad along with a chicken, tikka. This is a favorite dish, in India, and almost in the entire British Commonwealth. Black dog is a medium gloss, blended scotch whiskey, and I usually take it with water and two cubes of ice. The chicken piccata is cooked in the oven with spices, and in this case we had to use the air fryer. As hardly any oil is used it makes for a very healthy snack. After the snack, I did not feel like having any dinner, and so it was back to my study and working on my latest book.
