Passion to reach someplace even it takes to run over other people - gave birth to Traffic Rules. Obsession to achieve the given targets in a workshop at the cost of one's life - gave birth to Safety Guidelines. No Morals - gave birth to Constitution. The moment we think we are more civilized then our previous generation then our ego inflates which means other's life will have less worth for us. We should look at ants building anthills and bees collecting honey in bee hive. They are far less intelligent than us yet they don't bump into each other, they don't have accidents because they have compassion for each other thus they achieve all their goals without any guidelines.
