In India both chicken biryani and mutton biriyani are popular. Mutton means goat meat. The only condition required for the taste creation is same amount of rice has to be taken with same amount of chicken or mutton. Spices like cardamom, nutmeg, zafran, shah zeera are applied. It is a dish which can be stored for a day and eaten.

I love chicken biryani, especially the one sold in Kolkata, arsalan. But I don’t eat mutton so I never tasted it. Ur pic looks so delicious. Enjoy!

@sathviksouvik Well, if u ask american food, then I will go with fried chicken haha. But I tasted other countries' food too, like mexican, japanese, korean,chinese, italian, thai. Among these mexican and korean are my favourite. Tacos filled with chicken and bibimbap are my fav among these. Also the chinese in India is better than chinese dishes here. I may have gotten accustomed to desi chinese haha.
Indian food and spagetti I think I cook better than restaurants tho. But there are a few restaurants that really has goof indian food. Most of them are punjabi, gujrati or south. So sometimes I miss east Indian food u know what I mean.
