Indians cook chicken curry in different ways. While some people cook hot chicken kadai dish. But in all those dishes the kashmiri red chilli creates a beautiful dark colour in the gravy. It is eaten with chapatis and tastes very good.

Even though I do not eat chicken or any non-veg, Kashmiri Red Chilli does impart a strong and spicy flavor to the dishes.
But yes, if one doesn't likes spicy food, then one has to be careful with such dishes.
