This concept is like a double edged sword. We all go through nurturing to develop our individuality, discover ourself and to stand for our principals and beliefs. In times of emotional slump, parents and friends are there to tell us," LOOK ,YOU ARE SO SPECIAL" , don't let others get into your mind. This is a fact, we all are unique and special and most of the time this trick works to boost our moral. Just because we all are unique and special , we should not consider ourselves as supremely sharp. Often we get confused wisdom with our boosted moral. The idea I AM SPECIAL, will not work ,when courage and maturity is needed to deal with life situations. When we fight for our beliefs we might be standing against the law of Universe. We understand this at later age, matured enough to smile at our innocence. Unfortunately , walking forward and never to look back is the thumb rule of the contemporary society. Very few were able to impart wisdom to the generation next to develop the sensibilities to step aside in difficult times to introspect and evaluate consequences of their passion to stand for their principals.
