I like the medium. But I honestly would have them at any level...as long as they were crisy! That is the big problem because not many places can make them crispy.

I like them hot (with a lot of ranch sauce to cool the burn, haha) and extra crispy. That's how I try to make them myself, but I always fail. Silly cooking...

I like them medium with ranch dressing on the side to dip them in. Man....I'm craving buffalo wings now!! LOL!
