I'm working in automotive industry. The work here is very tough and stressful. I just want to share something that happened to one of my staff this week. He is senior than me but very hardworking and responsible. His father has Construction Company which had become better now days. His father had asked him to help with the company. After thinking about it for quite some times, my staff decided to help his father. He had tendered early this week. To make thing short, the next day he come to work as usual because no confirmation on when his last day yet. After clocking in he walk around the office to greet every one as he usually did every morning. He comes across our CEO, who suddenly yells at him of not wearing his tie in front of other colleague. That’s didn’t end there. After 10 minutes, our Senior Manager come to us and calls upon my staff in a meeting room. My staff was asked to take the day off and not to come to work until next week. It turn out our CEO known that my staff wants to tender and he claim that not wearing tie to work is like my staff trying to show that he is not interested to work any more. I’m sorry for my staff as I believe so embarrass of what had happened. Hopefully he will come back next week as we haven’t said good bye to him.
