...was out on the wall by my front door the other day. I posted a picture of him on Facebook, and was told that it was a Hummingbird moth. They evidently go from flower to flower in the early morning and evening. I caught a similar picture of one that landed on my front door a while back. Unfortunately, my photos haven't been showing up a lot lately. Anyone else having that problem?

“Alice” did a discussion a few days ago that they really don’t know why the pictures aren’t showing up. A lot of people have been posting about that. I do see your photo now, and it’s a good one.

That looks like a Striped Hawk moth. Very pretty.
