my dog flipped out because the neighbors are fixing the fence

I could barely get him inside the house. He's very strong and stubborn when he wants to be
it was a little embarrassing.
Now I'm going to have to take him on a leash for bathroom trips until they are done. He won't get to to run around in the yard for a while.

Good for you because he can mistake some of the neighbor's actions and attack them, I wonder why the fence fixing has him so excited,

It's good that he will be on the leash for a while. Our dogs would have gone nuts too. Enjoy your weekend.

I know how that would feel if I owned a dog and the dog would be barking at strangers working on fixing a fence.
