I've just been to the little Tesco again.

When I got up this morning my Mum wasn't up yet! It was 9:30am ish and she doesn't usually stay in bed that late, when she does go to bed! I opened the blinds, and I remembered to put my prawns out to thaw ready for tonight's dinner. They thaw in the fridge. I looked at my weather app before I went out, and it said mostly cloudy, 52% chance of rain. So I put my coat on just in case. As I was crossing the road to walk up the last part of our street, I saw a headscarf or something on the floor, and I thought if it's still there when I come back I'll take it, wash it and take it to the Oxfam shop like I did with that other one. When I got in the shop, I got 2 TV magazines as usual, then I got a bounty bar for my step-dad. Then Mum wanted me to get a 50/50 loaf, so I got one of those. I got some seedless red grapes and some strawberries, then my Mum wanted some mixed nuts and raisins, but I realised they were on the previous isle, so I went back to get those. Then I got some Alpen cereal with no added sugar for me, and Mum wanted some Lurpack Light, but they only had the regular Lurpack, so I left that. I then got my Mum and step-dad some chocolate eclairs again, and then I got 2 bottles of milk. I nearly forgot the Honey Roasted Peanuts but remembered them just in time as I was walking past the shelf where they were on the way to the tills. I didn't think they had any at first, but then I saw some hiding behind the dry roasted peanuts! I payed for the groceries, and it came to just over £21. Then I came out of the shop. As I was crossing over the crossing, I saw a little dachshund across the road with his owner. As I came on to the path, the little dachshund came and sniffed at me and the trolley, and I said "Ah, hello!" and I let him sniff my fingers and I gave him a little stroke. He was lovely, and he made my day. His owner was very accommodating. As I was coming back round my street, I saw that the headscarf thing was still there, so I picked it up and tossed it into the trolley. When I got home, I took the headscarf thing into my bedroom and examined it and realised it's more of a necktie than a headscarf. I found this out after I'd undone the knot that was in it. Then I went and gave Mum her change and her shopping list back, and told her about the Lurpack, and she said, it's OK, we can get that from the big Tesco tomorrow. So I unpacked the groceries and put them away, and now I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer again. I'm going to start getting my lunch ready in a minute. I'm having scrambled tofu, and I've got to use up the scrambled tofu before it goes off! What are you getting up to? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.
