Well it's a different kind of morning. We do have a hurricane coming and the majority of it will hit tonight and into tomorrow. It'll clear out the air and cool things down a bit. But, they are still not fun. It could be a lot worse I guess. Our solar panels should get us through it though. Chilly has chilled out today which is a good thing, and I think I'm starting to feel that swimming in my legs. Nice.

I hope you are in a safe place. I've been watching the Weather Channel for days now. Stay safe and have a good day.

We are. I don't think we suffered much damage.

@LindaOHio We actually didn't. I'm glad we didn't really suffer much.

Stay safe and I hope she doesn't get to bad. I have never been through one, so I can't even imagine. Keep us updated.

Boring when it's happening, unless you like the sound of wind and rain. The aftermath is the hard part.

@kaylachan love the sound of rain and wind. I've seen some pictures of what she has done so far.

I’m watching coverage right now, there’s a tornado warning on Marco Island in southwest Florida. What’s more troubling (for you) is they’re showing plots that have it curving south and looping back to hit the east coast of Florida.

Yeah. And, that's what's the real pain. I think it also depends on what Franklin does, because them crossing paths will affect it.

@kaylachan — I asked our local meteorologist if there was any chance of Idalia and Franklin meeting up, and he said no because Franklin’s on the move. However, I’d guess that Franklin’s movement probably has something to do with Idalia curving back toward Florida.

@FourWalls That's possible. I'm not sure how fast Franklin is moving. But I do know Idealia is pretty fast. However, you also have to remember that Ideal is going to cover a lot of land before it gets out in open water.
