Even though this story happened in June 2022 in Chicago Illinois at a train station, the actions of Anthony Perry, 20, who was waiting for an elevated train to take him to visit his grandfather to look at an auto that Anthony was thinking about buying. Two males who were at the 69th Street Station who were fighting on the platform when both of them fell on the train tracks. One of the males who was engaged in beating up the other male jumped off of the train tracks onto the platform while the other male was in danger of being electrocuted by the electric train track railing. Anthony managed to risk his life by grabbing the hand of the male who was being electrocuted by the power of the train tracks to get him out of danger when the first responders came to the rescue as Anthony used his skills to give the accident victim CPR until the paramedics took over and took the shock victim to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries. The condition of the accident victim was not released as Anthony went to his visit his grandfather to see the auto that he wanted to look at but the auto had been sold to someone else. The good news is that the news reported the actions of Anthony saving the life of a stranger. Anthony became a hero overnight by being rewarded with a new car and the Chicago Fire Department hired him to work as an EMT.
