Intentions brings answers and help

I have sometimes found, by speaking out loud my desires or putting out a request to angels, guides, the universe that it gave them permission to bring me help or answers. Sometimes I've received help or answers quickly within days even, sometimes I haven't, or maybe the right time hasn't occurred for it yet. It was important that I voiced it out loud though is what I sensed.
