Goats seen running around in a neighborhood in California

The city officials of Corte Madera California last week made a decision to let loose a bunch of goats to run loose from their pen to eat up the grass area to clear up the vegetation in the Ring Mountain area around two hours after midnight.
The neighbors who live in the area were upset that the goats made noise which upset the residents in the area.
The good news is that a goat herder and a dog were able to get the goats back into their pen.
It is not clear if the goats were released out of their pen on purpose or was it an accident.

Goats are good for clearing vegetation. Once we had thought about it, but with the pandemic we forgot about it.
