Peppie our pet cat has developed an attitude

As some of you know I do not get fish for cats here and neither is fish cooked and so the guy is not happy with me. I am happy though that he gets it at some neighbour's as I see him visiting me every day just sniffing at the bowl of chicken feet and the dry feed and then he circles round my feet in acknowledgement of what it was in the good old days and then just scoots off.
I am happy he looks well fed and that matters to me

How are the neighbors managing to get fish and you are unable to get them?

We do not eat fish and the neighbours when cleaning their fish what is removed is given to the cats and the cats relish that.

I am at my computer when he arrives He will come straight to me and circle round my feet. with a happy meow He has not forgotten me
