Is it accurate to say that the most important quality of a leader is their ability to inspire others?

I think a good leader needs to first and foremost lead by example. Be willing to get in there and help with the job. And being a good communicator is essential.

And to be logical and to not want to just control.

Yes I agree that the most important quality of a leader is to inspire others . I think he should interact with his followers , like down to earth . So that he can know their needs & work accordingly. The leader cannot raise in overnight. It takes a long time. People will be inspired by his or hers voice , actions for people , character , policies of the party . If he or she receives any requests from people It should be done or granted to them A leader can raise in any field like Sports , Movies , Education , Politics , Social Service.

A good leader is someone that is nice to his employees and works side by side with them. Listens to what the employees have to say.
