Pizza for Dinner

Today my husband ran around and did lots of errands. We went to the post office, Dollar General, then to another town where he had to get a haircut and go to the bank, and then I went to Aldi which was just down the road.
He loves to bring Jenny our dog with us because she likes to go for rides. So when we do that, one of us always has to stay in the car in the summer and keep the air conditioning going for her. And the other person runs into whatever store they need to go to.
When we were driving to the other town, my husband suggested we get a pizza for dinner. We didn't know of any places in that town that had good pizza. But, our last stop was Aldi and I remembered there was a Johnny's New York Style Pizza in the same parking lot as Aldi, so that's where we got our pizza from. We brought it home and had it for dinner tonight.
It was a mushroom and cheese pizza, our favorite kind.

Well my Father and his family are all Sicilian so it comes natural to us.

Wow, I am surprised by that. I have never had anchovy pizza because I can't get past looking at little fish bodies. But good for you if you like them.

Just pineapple, or pineapple and ham? I have had pineapple and ham pizza and it's delicious. I used to work in a pizza place that made that and called it "Hawaiian pizza. So yummy!

I bet Jenny enjoyed the trip! My favorite kind of pizza is spinach pizza from CiCi’s. I don’t know if you have that pizza chain or not, but it’s really good, plus, it’s inventive. The spinach pizza uses Alfredo sauce instead of the normal pizza sauce. They make a great macaroni and cheese pizza too.

We don't have any near us but I once went to a CiCis pizza in Orland Florida and really enjoyed it. Both of those types of pizza sound delicious.
