In my view, we can be stress-free. However, it is not permanently. In every walks of life, they still have stressors to deal with. They can be handled in a short-term or long-term period. The best way is not to run or escape from them. If someone will claim that he or she is having stress-free life, then he or she is the lucky one. Are you one of them?

Stress free life is a myth. One can't avoid having stress in today's lifestyle. But yes, one can learn to manage it better or minimise it as much as possible

I also think the same notion. It is a myth that cannot be attained permanently. Once you resolved a problem, then another one will come along.

@arunima25 As my mother used to say, our problems are a part of our lives. Thus, being alive, problems will always be there.

@Shavkat Yes, problems are the constant companion. As long as life is there, problems would be there.

No one is 100% free from stress, of course there is, even if it's just a small part.

Stress free - oh we can only dream about that. But we can try to learn how to calm our stresses, or do things to not make our stresses worse.

It is one of the biggest desire for most of us. Since it is not possible, we just need to keep the posivity from within and learn how to deal with them.

@Shavkat Exactly. I do think that stresses are necessary in life . . . not that it feels good, but we learn to problem solve and cope with them around.

I do agree that we can manage our own stressors in life. I still remember what my religion teacher told us. These challenges in life our gift from God. It is the way how life goes in this world.

@Shavkat well for me challenges do not come from God. It is from ourselves because of being imperfect, 2nd from Satan like what he did to Job if you know him. For me God is love he don't want us to suffer. Like we parents we love our children no matter how stubborn they are. We wish for the best for them.

Stressors will always be a part of life. I think it's how we deal with it that determines its effects on us. Some stressors are not at all bad, sometimes they can help us be better versions of ourselves.
