Hello. I'm up a little earlier and posting. Trying to get a jump start today. Going to heat something to eat and feed Chilly. Hoping to get out in the next half hour or so.Getting out in the next ten minutes is just not going to happen. That being said, it'll still be an improvement over yesterday.

I know what you mean. It can be hard to create a consistent schedule, let alone stick to one. Heat doesn't help, nor do changes in daylight hours. I'm just thankful for anything at this point.

I hope you had a good day. Freddie drove me crazy today. He found a piece of black plastic from who knows where and watching him run around with a black plastic thing in his mouth and being perfectly happy was amusing.

Reminds me of a cat we had. Only it wasn't plastic, it was a live rat. Then Precious, whom I've spoken about several times, was playing with a live snake that got into our apartment once.

@RasmaSandra Cats are about the hunt. Some cats chirp when they spot something they want to, but can't catch.

@kaylachan in that case I am glad it was nothing that was once alive. My cat in Latvia was a hunter so there were field mice and small birds until he found that it was more fun watching the little birds hop about when we put out food for them instead of eating them,
