Showing up alien remains

I just saw this in youtube in almost 3 networks so far including my own, that they have remains of an non human species. That means it's extraterrestial from outer space.
As expected, most people are skeptic and doesn't believe it's real. Why bother showing us this now when you see UFO's all around for the past 50+ years?
No offense to americans, but you guys got a lot of these things hiding in your top secret bases

I do not believe its real. how come videos so grainy and hard to see, in this time, video is amazing and should be clearer than what your own eyes show if have good vision, unlike me.

At first look, it looks like the one which Steven Spielberg movie made many years ago the movie "ET". It looked unreal but they showed the CT scan and MRI scans of what is inside of it which showed its skeletal and some internal organs. It was examined by many scientists as well and I think it would be enough proof that they say it's real.
