Police in California arrest a drunk horse rider

A police officer who is employed by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) was inside his patrol car when he saw a male who was riding a horse that is being called Seabiscuit on a road in Merced California on Tuesday evening. Since the rider of the horse was seen with an open alcohol container in his possession, the CHP officer whose name was not released decided to arrest the rider of the horse on charges of driving or in this case riding a horse under the influence which is against the law in California. I am sorry to share this kind of story since it is necessarily a story with a happy ending. I can only hope the drunk horse rider seeks help for alcohol problem. Link is abc3340.com/news/offbeat/d...
