Hoping today is a little better. Chilly is demanding breakfast and it looks like I won't get out before 1. However, it also looks like that won't really matter because it's noticeably cooler. Still hot, but the humidity is only causing a six-degree difference. Compared to the usual ten plus, that's a lot better.

It is better indeed but could be even better but I do feel a brisk breeze outside. Freddie and Morticia just make me laugh when they kibble about which side one or the other wants to eat on. Glad to hear Chilly also has a good appetite. Thanks for the suggestion @Gilljane

Chilly is a Good boy. He's happy and that's all I can ask for. I'm glad your cats make you laugh. When Precious was alive, he and Chilly often ate from the same food bowl.

Make no mistake. It's still hot, but with lower highs, the heat index isn't near as bad. Needless to say, I was still sweating at three PM.

rarely. Some winters w'll get hard freezes where it gets below 32, but for the most part, no.

@kaylachan We wanted to move to the Keys. No hard freezes down there. My husband has a cousin who moved to Daytona Beach from the Cleveland area. She loves it.
