I love when cashew nuts are being fried

When I make sweet pullao I need to fry onions, cashew nuts and raisins. The aroma fills the house and I feel hungry.
If you are expecting guests for lunch or dinner you should do this as the last item to be cooked as the aroma will get the guests ready for the table.
How do you ensure that your guests will do justice to the food you have cooked?

If you like something you should go for it and not bother how much it costs

@allknowing I agree with you. I sometimes buy them in the public market.

When you use the grill the smell must be spreading.

I also love fried cashew nuts. I sometimes have them with celery and mushroom.

We normally fry them in ghee and the smell spreads around - a nice aroma
