Beach Time

Last weekend, I had the privilege of going to south Alabama to see my grand daughter in a gymnastics meet. Of course, the best part of the weekend was spending time with my daughter and grand daughter. But, instead of coming straight back home, I decided to spend some time on the beach. I couldn't be that close to the beach and not head down there. The beach was beautiful. The sky was beautiful. It was inspiring and comforting. Looking up at the sky, it made me think of the Bible verse Psalm 19:1, "The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament showeth His handiwork". God's creation is powerful. It reveals his power and creativity. One can only give Him glory when viewing His work.

I love that thought. Sometimes, I remember being in the mountains, and I wonder how a person can't believe there is a Creator. Your daughter and granddaughter must have soaked up that time with you.

I agree with you. I also wonder how some deny the Creator. Yes they did. My grand daughter had the biggest smile when she saw me in the stands, sitting with her mommy and daddy, cheering her on.
