animation of ending film

i already watching film "running scared".. the animation of ending film is peachy. So, i got a thought-provoking, why Academy Award not a give award for 'art of start & ending film"?

I think it has somthing to do with the starting and the ending being a part of the whole ...so they can't give out awards for each part....next they would have to give out awards for est actiona sequence best drama sequence...so on and so forth...:)
