Today has gone well. Seems to have flown by. George put up a picture he'd been wanting to for a while now. And, I'm here just chilling. Slowly working on my workouts. Decided to break them up instead of having them all done at once. Helps me to stay motivated to get up once an hour and work out. Get moving and all that. It should keep me busy. Working in my office, although I'm convinced George and Chilly were secretly plotting to Savatage my efforts.

I am glad you thought of that once an hour..I could do with something like that..
I do get up but sometimes there is no rhyme or reason.
Of course they are sabotaging you
