Today I had pui shakh mrigel fish and rice.

Today I had pui shakh a kind of spinach curry, mrigel fish curry and rice. The spinach curry has brinjals and potatoes in addition to the spinach. It is delicious food. Mrigel fish curry also had potatoes and parval in addition to the cut pieces of the fish.

Pui saag ( Malabar spinach) is so delicious. I did not have one in a long time.

thanks Arunimaji very significantly for a big section of Indians, pui saag, or Malabar spinach is non vegetarian item

We don't have mrigel fish at home. Pui shakh is quite delicious.
