I read an article in the Mail Online this morning A fifth of under 25s are teetotal and there are less binge drinking. I was surprised when I read this. I thought a lot of young people got drunk at home or on a night out Here is the link if anyone is interested Is there a drink problem with youngsters in your country? I am going to read now but I will be back later

@Gilljane Nobody ever notices those who behave themselves and don’t cause trouble so people suppose they don’t exist. There are rather a lot of teetotallers in Ireland and quite a few people who drink very, very little yet the stereotype says otherwise.

I know that there are issues with the college/university students and binge drinking. We have alot of great nieces and nephews in that early 20 age group but none have fallen prey to that demon. Thankfully.
