Hi there. Good afternoon from here in the Philippines. It's 12:50pm. About to sleep later in less than an hour from now. To prepare myself for a work shift later. Actually, the purpose of the discussion now is just to let you know that our Operation Manager just to give Kudos to our team. As we're number 2 for the entire cluster under her supervisory as an Operation Manager. Although, we have individual rankings, however overall, we are at number 2. Despite that majority of us are new employees. In terms of sale, I'm not the number one as of this date. However, going back from August, I was the number one. In customer survey, I'm one of the lowest. Why? Even if I'm one of the top sellers in the cluster, majority of the customers didn't still know the value of the survey to us as agents. Why? Majority my customers even if they agreed with the products that I've offered to them and giving good verbatim in the survey however what affected me is the numbers they gave. The matrix they gave is 4/5 in which that's consider already a detractor. A detractor means not happy even if they praise me in their verbatim. Every detractor that we received, we should have to regain with 12 promoters. Sad to say for October 1-9 data. I have 1 detractor and only 2 promoters that makes an equivalent of 66.7%. I don't know how to recover with the survey matrix. It's against our protocol to mention to the customer that if you're happy with my assistance, please give me 5/5 not just only giving good verbatim. It should good numbers as well. I'm not saying this just to tell you that if maybe some of you will become my customer, please give me 5/5. Lol.
