Is there a way to burn belly fat without exercise?

October 11, 2023 4:46am CST
Starving the body has been found not to be very effective in lowering belly fat, even those who give up alcohol in excess still have to cope with the big belly fat for a long time. Exercise seems to be the best possible way to remove those stubborn fat from the mid section. What other alternative do you know?

Try a macrobiotic diet. That worked for me. But you shouldn't rule out exercise altogether. You still need to do that.

@ogbenishyna It's a long story. It's a healthy diet, not a weight loss diet, but you will lose weight if your on it. There is no meat, dairy, eggs, sugar or nightshade vegetables. But you can eat fish and seafood a couple of times a week. Use unrefined sea salt rather than normal table salt. Don't use hot spices. You should try to eat foods grown in the same climate as you live, locally produced if possible. Try to avoid ultra processed foods and ready meals. Eat whole grains. Eat brown rice not white rice, wholemeal bread not white bread and wholemeal flour rather than white flour. White flour can be used but only if it is combined with wholemeal flour. White rice, white bread and white flour have had all their nutrients and vitamins taken out of them. Eat plenty of vegetables, soy products, beans (not canned) nuts and seeds. There's a lot more to it than just this. There is advice about how much of your meal should be grains or vegetables and how often you should have soup etc. You should get a book about it because I can't go into enough detail here.

There are liposuction operations. But it's expensive. The most prominent of which is VASER liposuction, as it does not involve any surgical intervention

Liposuction is also risky.
