There are two sports that burn calories quickly and are "not torturous". The first is jumping rope. Jumping rope can keep your heart rate stable at 130 beats per minute, which is included in the calorie burning rate. Jumping rope can equal running in terms of burning calories. Second is cycling. Cycling at an average speed of 20 km/hour for 1.5 hours can provide up to 1000 calories. Cycling is not as tiring as running because the weight distribution is distributed, not resting on both legs.

I stopped jumping rope once I turned 35. It was not good for my knees. I enjoyed doing it till then.
