A wet afternoon.

Good evening. We had misty drizzle on and off while we were out. However, we managed to accomplish what we set out to do. Get an air filter from Home Depot. And, since we somehow can't go anywhere and buy just one thing, we bought a nut and some wd-40. We needed the wd-40, and the nut was just something George wanted. All in all it was good.
And, I know all you Halloween lovers out there are going to hate me for saying this... but, we or I saw Christmas trees and light displays. But, that's what I'd expect from a home improvement store.

Well, that was yesterday but today when more rain came down and the wind picked up I was eyeing those tornado warnings but I think all is calm and well now. I had my kitchen windows open and the wind blew down some things from the window sill and the cats disappeared until late afternoon chow time, It always freaks me out to see Christmas trees right next to palm trees,

@LindaOHio Aside from the fact ours is purple, I love that it came with pre-installed lights. They're with, but against a purple tree that's perfect.

I haven't seen the Christmas tree displays yet, but I know the stores are getting ready for Christmas.
