Boat rides

Right from my young days I have taken boat rides the first one was to go to the beach where we had to cross a river. Then to get on to a ship we had to first get into a boat to reach the ship.
In later years it was mostly on tours. In India we took a boat ride in the River Narmada in Jabalpur that took us from one side to the other where one could see beautiful soft rock marble formations.
In New Zealand it was to spend time in the Milford Sound. In Switzerland it wa as ride on the Lucerne Lake
There are some of the several boat rides that I experienced in my life time but I know I will never be able to undertake any at this point in my life

Sounds very lovely. I have had a few boat and ferry rides and also a River Boat a big one.

Very nice to hear from you that you had 3 different boat travel experiences.
Jabalpur , Newzealand & Switzerland.
I had boat experience when I was younger that was held in THEKKADY

I had many more. Now I do not think I can ever go on such rides.

@allknowing I have been ride in boat in Thekkady while I was in the age of 10.
