Spitting mad!!

I am so angry right now. I just got off the phone with Amazon. Three separate times I ordered cat food (canned) and three separate times, while out for delivery, it suddenly became undeliverable. And three times THEY canceled the order. After the third time, I canceled my Prime membership and accepted the discounted Walmart+ membership offered. I was told that I would be refunded my money from Amazon and that I could keep anything that was delivered after that. Well, I did order from Walmart and got my order (about ¼ of it wasn’t delivered, so had to be ordered again), but when I went to get more cat food just a bit ago, I didn’t have enough money to cover it! I went into my bank account and found that Amazon had CHARGED ME for the order THEY CANCELED and had never refunded me. I was ready to tear hides!! I am not rich in any way. I cannot afford for a multi-billionaire’s company to eff up my finances. I can always find food, but my cats depend on me. I need to be able to get that food and trust the process. I can no longer trust Amazon. Three separate orders of more than one item suddenly become undeliverable WHILE out for delivery?? To me that means the driver is involved. This happened one other time over a year ago, but it can happen. But, three in a row is not an accident. I don’t care what excuses they give.

Yes I understand you. Good people who order today have to be prepared NOT to get their order. I have had the Undeliverable crap pulled on me more than once. Even the agents had mentioned the drivers are not to be trusted. Sorry this happened to you. I get it..I was like this the other day about some order. It is maddening. And as if they are entitled to rob our little money.

Amazon hires a lot of ex-cons, which is good because they do need jobs. But if they have a conviction for theft, they don't want them. Still, thievery happens even by people without records. We shall see if their investigation shows anything connecting my three orders.

I'm giving Walmart more chances. They only just started the discounted free delivery program and they did get the missing items to me the same day. Amazon's order was supposed to be overnight. The more money Bezos makes, the worse his company gets!!

That’s ridiculous. I’ve had my own issues with Amazon charging me when they shouldn’t have, and I didn’t get my money back either. I hope they refund you, and soon.

Something like that happened to me last week with my shoppers. I will have to wait a week to get my money back. If I don´t, they will hear from me!

You have every right to be angry and good for you cancelling your Prime membership, I hope all this gets sorted out and you get your money back,

This is why I don't deal with Amazon a whole lot. I have heard people having trouble with them with their orders. I hope that they will refund your money so you can get the food you need for your cats.

I had two choices. Wait for a refund that I would not receive until after running out of cat food or let the extremely apologetic man send another box out with guaranteed delivery of Sunday. We shall see.
