Good afternoon.
Every biketober fest or bike week, at least one person dies, and another acts like they are dumber than a sack of rocks. Sometimes both. Today I came across the person who acts like they have rocks on the brain.
While I was out, someone on a bike decided to park their bike on the sidewalk blocking the sidewalk. While they did... I couldn't see what. When I approached in my wheelchair, they got the brainstorm to move. But, instead of going towards the road, he went further in, along the gates of the school.
At least it was warm and the sun was out I guess.

I HATE Bike Week those noises grate on my nerves and I do not venture out until those strange people have left. I see a big party going on tonight on Main Street here since the church parking lot is full. They allow people to park there on these occasions. Luckily it is not that noisy so my cats are not bothered too much,
