Turmeric powder is ready

It is frustrating that after all the trouble one takes what one gets in the end is one tenth of the fresh turmeric.
We had good sun yesterday and the day before and just two days were enough for the fresh sliced turmeric to dry up completely.
I put it in the blender today and the photo shows how much powder we got from the lot.
The only plus point is we get pure powder when compared to what is sold

Have you watched the entire process how those pots get filled with the powder? (lol)

@allknowing No. You know, I had a pot of ground pepper. It was a different make to what I usually get, and the holes in the top were too big, so I got my old pot that had smaller holes, and I got a funnel and began to transfer the new pepper into the old pot! There was a bit of a blockage and I had to keep poking it through!
