She said "Don't lend me your heart, Love. I want it for keeps, I want you to know you mean so much to me " He said "I'll Love you and hold you, until my last breath slips away, you've got me forever, that's the promise I've made, never think for a moment that my Love for you will fade" The life they built together, oh they'd never trade It's simple & it's sweet, and they've got it made By: J.N.R Dutton

That’s a beautiful poem, but you likely know that poetry books and poetry magazine don’t accept poetry that’s appeared online.

@RubyHawk yeah,if I ventured a guess why, it's probably a precautionary rule,to avoid any potential plagiarism concerns. I kind of get the logic if that's the case. Thank you though,glad you like my poem.
