It seems like I have a lot of things on my plate right now. I take care of a baby, planning the baby’s first birthday in December, I have a commission project and a YouTube channel to take care of. Our nanny works half-day and still juggling all the tasks.
How do you manage your own time?

I try to do as much as I can in a day by breaking my tasks into smaller ones.

@mrsb21 I try to set realistic target and do all in a day but if I dont, I transfer the rest to the next day.

Not as well as I would like. But I break down tasks, into level of importance and how long it'll take me to do each task. Then I start with the most important and longest task, first.

Quite a lot of tasks!
I try to make task lists for Office work and try to do them one by one, or try to make 2 to 3 hours slot for activities.
I need to do the same refinement for the tasks that I do at home.
It is always a Work in Progress.
