What is the difference between american english, English Oxford and ....? / myLot

Since I have learnt english about six year, I found that there many type or kinds of english: american, oxford, australian, etc. etc. Which is the most used for global communication? Is there anyone who want to help me to answer to questions? I am very glad to wait it.

If you do not know, do not answer like that. I am participating in this group, for improving my english and also for money. I think most the user of mylot still understand my english.

I am not too farmicular whether it is american english or oxford english. To us, english is english.
