One More Note On Courtney's Grandpa

If you have read my wife's continued updates on her grandpa, then you know his state. I'm not being calloused by not posting a ton about it. I Love him like he is my own, and long after he goes on to eternity I'll still feel the same way. I have never dealt the greatest with any loss (or impending loss) even though I trust that he'll be with the Lord, it still hurts to lose him here. I think anyone who says they deal fantastically with (impending )loss will lie about other things too. We do the best we can.

Just be thankful that you got to know him. Think about all the fun times and remember them.

@jstory07 years ago when he was healthy, he took me out on a ride in his truck while he was working, one on one. It was awesome getting that special time with him. I am forever grateful to have that so vivid in my mind.
