Belly fat and pressure on bladder

I had been to my doctor for a check up and all tests showed no issues. Even then there is discomfort in the stomach and I feel a pressure on my bladder With a tendency towards being a hypochondriac I did some search and found out that belly fat can have bad effects on one's bladder.
There is always the urge to visit the rest room and that is all because of the pressure.
The only solution now is to reduce belly fat.
Any suggestions?

I am a small eater but I think fat collects in the belly as I do most activity sitting down

One of my best friends has uterine fibroids, and they are pressing on her bladder. The result is her having to use the restroom every hour. Eventually, the doctor told her she’ll need a hysterectomy. On our trip a couple of years ago, she was constantly looking for a bathroom.
As for belly fat, specifically, I don’t know if your back can take a lot of core exercises. Core exercises look really tough, and those of us with bad backs have to be careful.

I have had a thorough check up and no such issues with me I do not think I can take up heavy exercises.

@allknowing You can also check the Proper Body Mechanics. It can help protect our back and other parts of our body.

Are you having to urinate a lot more now?
If you had a UTI, Urinary Tract Infection, then if you had antibiotics..it can be a vicious cycle.
Then for me, I had to have probiotics, good kind I take is Culterelle for Women ..and take them religiously to ease the discomfort and pressure on the bladder..it was my digestion was the problem.
I also discovered something called S Boulardi which I take now for relief..one or two a day as needed. It is a supplement
Saccharomyces boulardii (S. boulardii) is a probiotic yeast. It's a strain of the model yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It was first isolated from lychee and mangosteen fruit peel in 1923 by French scientist Henri Boulard.
The acupuncturist recommended that also when I told her I take it..she said she also takes it to heal her gut which heals the bladder and urinary.

I know it is not UTI but just a pressure on my bladder. I do take curds which is a probiotic.
I have had UTI before and I know the symptoms.

@allknowing Well I didn't
It took me ages to figure out what to do to heal myself.
I thought I was going mad, because my urine kept coming back negative for infection.
So finally I did a doctor online..and they gave me what I asked for..
Then after that I did all the other stuff as stated to heal myself.
Bunch of freaking morons
Oh..pressure ..yes well in this case, just do what you do then.
Fine naturopath doctor I am.

@allknowing Oh now that sounds a very good one..I looked it up..
I forget which one antibiotic I finally had to ask for something I had to research for my condition myself..it was called Tinidazole.
It worked finally.

Thanks for the link. I had a quick look and it concentrates on food and exercise. But it may help lose weight in general and not specifically belly fat.

Sit-up is the best exercise to reduce belly fat. Otherwise, do some walking after you eat.

Since I have back issues I have to be cautious about what exercises I can do. I do walk
