Do you believe in your dreams?

Something weird happened to me. I had a dream in which an online friend was in trouble. We always talked on the phone in real life. In that dream, he told me that something happened to him and he couldn't talk. I was left alone. He was sick and he had to go to the hospital, but I can't remember more. After a while, I asked him in real life if he could talk and I found out that he was sick. He has Covid 19. And I can't talk to him exactly how it happened in my dream. I think this is a coincidence. Many dreams I had weren't real. Did you have such dreams? Do you believe in them?

I do have dreams like that occasionally. Most of the time it's about something happening to me or someone I love. For instance, I will dream that I am driving to an appointment or to a friend's house and am involved in a car crash. When I set out to that destination I avoid the route I took in my dream. 90% of the time, there is a crash at the area I avoid at the time I would have been there.
I think our minds know things, pick things up in everyday life, that we aren't consciously aware of and they file it in our subconscious for later use. Those things appear in our dreams. You may have picked up a change in your friend's voice, some slight congestion or something, that triggered a response that appeared in your dreams.
Our brains are wondrous. We don't use most of our brain capacity at all. I believe dreams that come true are part of some capabilities we haven't yet developed.

@dya80dya Yes, I did check and the accidents happened when I would have been there. I think we all have these abilities if we will develop them. God gave us huge brains but we only use 10% of our brain!
