Halloween 2023 Recap.

Hey there, everyone. I’m in between orders, so I thought I’d jump in with my Halloween 2023 recap. Okay, I’m a little late, but it’s better late than never, right lol? For starters, AMC played the original Halloween movies all night (Oct. 30th into Oct. 31st), so I fell asleep to them lol. I eventually turned them off because I wanted a little peace and quiet for a few hours. Anywho, I went to the coffee shop to work on a few writing orders, as usual. I can’t remember what orders, but it doesn’t matter now. Between 3 pm and 3:30 pm, I headed home to prepare for Halloween festivities. My niece worked on the shirt (as pictured) for my Golden Girls (Sophia Petrillo) costume, and it was finished shortly before we left for my brother’s house. Otherwise, I didn’t do much before leaving. It was my brother-in-law, 13-year-old niece, and I, and we met up with my best friend, the Little Guy, and his friend at my brother’s house (it was my brother, his wife, and their three kids), and we walked around a nearby neighborhood. We had quite a little crowd, but that’s okay, I love it when everyone is together. I’ll be honest, the kiddos get more candy when trick-or-treating in the city. However, it was still a good night with everyone. :) After my brother-in-law, niece, and I got home, my 22-year-old niece (the one who painted my shirt) ordered pizza and we watched “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” together. It’s sort of tradition. Eventually, everyone did their own thing and just sort of relaxed. And that was my Halloween.
