I saw some Japanese techniques that can be used to fight laziness and one in particular caught my attention. It is called Promodor technology which works by allowing you work uninterrupted for 25 minutes and then you take a 5 minute break and repeat the process. What other technique to fight laziness do you know?

My technique is doing yoga early in the morning that keeps me active throughout the day.

I don't know any techniques to fight laziness. I guess you just need to keep yourself motivated and have self control. A to do list might help, where you write down everything you want to get done in the day and aim to complete them all. Then when they are all done you can treat yourself with a rest and relax.

I've heard about the Pomodoro technique too, and it seems pretty effective. Another method I've tried is breaking down tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. It helps to focus on one thing at a time rather than getting overwhelmed by the entire workload. Also, setting specific goals and deadlines for each task keeps me motivated. What about you? Any other techniques you've found helpful against laziness?
