I have to read 33 more books to reach my 100 books in one year. It might be hard to do but now I'm in search of what I can read that is short read and could be read in a few short houses. I started book 68 and it's roughly 165 pages. Can be read in 3 hours so it says so we'll see. The kids are home today so I don't have to do anything really since I did a good amount yesterday with cleaning and bookwork It isn't going to happen today. I know the next book I'm going to reach which is also supposed to be a short read of one of the deadly sins. 110 pages so that really would take a few short hours for me as well.

I'm currently on books 30 and 31 in my year. That's not including the ones in my bedroom. You obviously have more time to read than I do. Good luck with the rest of your reading.

I do have more time to read than you or do I pick books that are based and made to be fast reads and they get to the point and are not supper big and supper long? To answer that I read a lot of books because I pick mostly novellas which means even if they are up to 300 pages a lot of those pages are actual like the title page, the content page, the music page, the copywriter and legal pages as well as the authors warning or note to readers before the book starts and the end will have things about the authors, newsletters, thanks for reading and list of either other books they have written or in a group based off of the book you read. It turns the book closer to 200 and something. book 70 right now is 168 and that's counting all those extra pages and I'm already at page 29. The other book I read yesterday was a flat-out 110 which puts it as a novella. Strange to think the number of pages changes what a book is classified as but I do novellas for that reason as a busy mommy.

@ShyBear88 Could be right, you could be reading shorter books. Yes, like novellas which are shorter. I don't think I have many novellas. I do have a few books which are a compilation of short stories. Most of those are Sci-Fi. I think I may have a book which is a compilation of novellas too, and that is also Sci-Fi.

@sharonelton Novells are typically short stories or a series of short stories put together. I believe when it's under 200 pages it's considered a novella but I'll have to double-check. I read most of the books I pick are less than 300 pages its not like Harry Potter or Twilight where it's over 500 pages. The last book I just wrote is 110 pages and it's a Novella. Last night I got a list of Novellas that I might like so I'm going to hit them up if they are on KU. The one I'm going to pick is 36 pages no doubt about that being a Novella. I also dedicated myself before going to bed reading. It usually takes up to 35 minutes for my sleep meds to kick in so I read. In that time I can read a chapter. I have on my phone that tells me how long it'll take to read each chapter. I also check how long the book is before I start reading as well.
