I missed a seminar

There was an announcement from the Barangay that they will be conducting a waste management seminar. Too bad I missed it because that was the day I bathe 3 out of four dogs in the afternoon. Now I'm worried because they might renew my brother's business permit with out. I did attend a seminar but it was last year. I completely forgot about it this year I don't know why we have to bother attending. We don't really segragate trash in the store. I only do it in the household. But since they implemented the segregation ordinance I have never seen any single inspector checking out the trash if they are properly segregate. But I do it anyways and it helps reduce the weight of the trash. It''s pain because I'm the only one in the household that segregates the trash
