In West Bengal, winter is the season when maximum cauliflowers are grown. In the countryside it is a beautiful to see the cauliflower plantations. They are used as staple vegetable and vegetable curries are made by bengalies. In the morning there is due in the farmlands

It seems it is not so cold in winter in your side as you don't wear so much from the photo. Here it is very cold in winter and I have to wear like a bear

thanks youless yes in bengal it never snows. in end of december temperature will reduce to 10 degree celsius

I love to eat cauliflowers. Sometimes fried them with pork. But haven't seen cauliflower plantations.
